Poetry Submissions Instructions
The theme is Poems Inspired by Art. The inspiration can come from paintings, murals, sculpture, a gallery exhibit, performance; an artist at work painting in the streets as at the recent plein air contest here in Annapolis; a local artist creating on an iPad; a photography exhibit; a jazzy evening at a gallery; a band or theater performance. Editors are open to any poem that draws its life from the arts.
GUIDELINES:
Free verse and experimental are encouraged. Maximum 45 lines.
Submissions should be Word Doc or PDF.
You may submit three poems for consideration.
Please include: your first and last name; phone number; mailing address; email address; poem title; and number of lines in the upper left header of each poem.
